Мерки, свързани с безопасността и здравето на нашите гости

В настоящата ситуация отговорността ни към здравето на нашите гости и колеги и мерките, свързани с предпазването от разпростанението на  Covid-19 са наш приоритет в Premier Luxury Mountain Resort. В тази връзка следим стриктно и се съобразяваме с актуалните  заповеди и изисквания на съответните министерства и власти.

Информация за  част от предприетите действия и предпазни мерки:

• В общите части, ресторанти, бар и спа център  са разположени указания за спазване на физическа дистанция
• Поставени са информационни табели и цифрови обозначения, чрез които се предотвратява струпването на хора и се следи за необходимата физическа дистанция между гостите в общите части -  в съответствие с протоколите
• В общите части на ключови места са поставени дезинфектанти (63-70% алкохол)
• Осигурява се постоянно почистване и дезинфекция на всички често докосвани повърхности и общи части на Рецепция, ресторанти, барове, спа и фитнес център
• Менютата в ресторантите и бара са достъпни дигитално чрез сканиране на QR код
• Целият ни екип носи предпазни маски и следим нашите гости да носят маски в общите части на закрито.
• На гостите се предоставят маски за еднократна употреба в ресторантите и бара при необходимост.

Важна информация във връзка с Covid -19

На основание на последната заповед на МЗ (РД-01-856/ 19.10.2021), всички гости на хотела задължително трябва да предоставят един от следните валидни документи:
1. Сертификат за ваксинация
2. Негативен PCR тест (отрицателен резултат от изследване, проведено до 72 часа преди влизане в обекта/мероприятието)
3. Негативен бърз антигенен тест (отрицателен резултат от изследване, проведено до 48 часа преди влизане в обекта/мероприятието)
4. Документ, удостоверяващ преболедуване на Covid-19, от последните 6 месеца.

*Горепосочените условия не се прилагат по отношение на лица до 18-годишна възраст.
В случай, че гост откаже да се съобрази с предприетата политика и мерки за безопасност и превенция,  персоналът в Premier Luxury Mountain Resort има правото да откаже достъп до хотела вкл. стаи и всички прилежащи общи части, заведения, спа център.

Important Directives on entering Bulgraria

We inform you regarding the new provisions that are in force (see here) for entry of persons from other countries into the Republic of Bulgaria, issued by the Minister of Health. The new provisions are valid until 30.11.21 with a possibility for further extension.

Before making your reservation with us, we strongly recommend to carefully read the following guidelines.

Countries are categorised by colour zones - green, orange and red - according to the risk of spread of Covid-19. All those arriving from outside the EU, EEA or Switzerland, and those not listed as green or red are considered orange. Arrivals from the Czech Republic and Romania, as well as children up to 12 years of age, are exempt from the requirement to provide Covid-19 related documents.

Arrival from a country in the green zone is subject to the presentation of a valid EU digital COVID certificate or an equivalent document containing the same data as the certificate for one of the following:

• Completed vaccination (at least 14 days since last dose);
Recovery from Covid-19 (positive PCR or antigen test valid between day 11 and day 180);
Test performed (negative PCR test result within 72 h or rapid antigen test within 48h prior to arrival).

In the absence of this, arrivals are placed under a 10-day quarantine, which may be shortened upon submission of a negative PCR or rapid antigen test performed within 24 hours of entering the country.

2. Arrival from a country in the orange zone is subject to the presentation of a valid EU digital COVID certificate or an equivalent document containing the same data as the certificate for one of the following:
• Completed vaccination (at least 14 days since last dose);
Recovery from Covid-19 (positive PCR or antigen test valid between day 11 and day 180);
Test performed (negative PCR test result within 72 h or rapid antigen test within 48h prior to arrival).

In the absence of this, arriving Bulgarian citizens are placed under a 10-day quarantine, which may be shortened upon submission of a negative PCR or rapid antigen test performed within 24 hours of entering the country.

3. Entry from a country in a red zone is allowed for:

- Bulgarian citizens and persons with permanent, long-term or continuous residence status on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and their family members
- citizens of the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation and members of their families arriving from a Member State of the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation;
- and the exceptions

They are allowed on the territory of the country upon presentation of a valid EU digital COVID certificate or a similar document for:
• Completed vaccination (at least 14 days after the last dose) or for illness (positive PCR or antigen test valid between the 11th and 180th day) at the same time as a test performed (negative result of a PCR test done up to 72 hours).
and
• Negative result of a PCR test done up to 72 hours before entering the country and MANDATORY 10 days quirentine.

Children between 12 and 18 years of age arriving in the country from a country in the red zone are admitted upon presentation of a negative test result (negative result from a PCR test performed up to 72 hours prior to arrival), certified by a valid digital COVID an EU research certificate or similar document containing the same data as it.If they do not present such a document, they shall be quarantined for a period of 10 days, which may be shortened upon submission of a negative PCR test performed within 24 hours of entry.

Bulgarian citizens and persons with the status of permanent, long-term or long-term residence on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and their family members who do not provide any of the requested documents are placed under 10-day quarantine, and in case they provide one of the requested documents, may shorten their quarantine by providing a negative PCR test performed within 24 hours of entry.

The country lists by colour zone are as follows (latest update: 23.11.21)

List of countries by color zones, countries for which there is information about a significant negative change in the epidemic situation and countries with a reciprocal basis.

Green area: State of Vatican City, Luxembourg, Italy, Kingdom of Spain, Republic of Malta, Kingdom of Sweden.

Orange Zone: All countries outside the green and red zone.
