Μέτρα που σχετίζονται με την ασφάλεια και την υγεία των επισκεπτών μας

Στο Premier Luxury Mountain Resort, η διασφάλιση της υγείας των εργαζομένων και των επισκεπτών μας, από τη διασπορά του Covid-19 είναι η απόλυτη προτεραιότητα μας. Παρακολουθούμε στενά τις τελευταίες οδηγίες από τις αρμόδιες υγειονομικές αρχές και εφαρμόζουμε με ευλάβεια τα σχετικά πρωτόκολλα υγείας και ασφάλειας.

Μεταξύ άλλων, για την προστασία της δημοσίας υγείας:

• Έχουμε τοποθετήσει ειδική σήμανση για την διατήρηση των απαραίτητων αποστάσεων σε όλους τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, συμπεριλαμβανομένων της υποδοχής, των εστιατορίων και των μπαρ, και του κέντρου Spa και του
Γυμναστηρίου.
• Υπάρχει σήμανση για την ομαλή κυκλοφορία των επισκεπτών μας, στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, διατηρώντας τις προβλεπόμενες αποστάσεις.
• Σε καίρια σημεία των κοινόχρηστων χώρων έχουμε τοποθετήσει αντισηπτικά διαλείμματα ( 63-70% Αλκοόλη) για τους επισκέπτες και το προσωπικό μας.
• Ακολουθούμε διαδικασίες εντατικής απολύμανσης και καθαρισμού όλων των κοινόχρηστων χώρων.
• Οι κατάλογοι των εστιατορίων και του μπαρ μας, είναι διαθέσιμοι ψηφιακά, με τη χρήση QR code.
• Η χρήση προστατευτικής μάσκας είναι απαραίτητη σε όλους τους εσωτερικούς κοινόχρηστους χώρους, τόσο για το προσωπικό, όσο και για τους επισκέπτες μας.
• Προστατευτικές μάσκες και γάντια μιας χρήσης είναι διαθέσιμα σε κεντρικά σημεία των κοινόχρηστων χώρων του ξενοδοχείου. 

Σημαντική ενημέρωση

Σύμφωνα με την τελευταία οδηγία (РД-01-856/ 19.10.2021) του Υπουργείου Υγείας της Βουλγαρίας για την είσοδο τους στο ξενοδοχείο, οι επισκέπτες είναι υποχρεωμένοι να επιδείξουν ένα από τα παρακάτω αποδεικτικά έγγραφα:
α) Ευρωπαϊκό πιστοποιητικό ολοκλήρωσης εμβολιασμού
β) Αρνητικό PCR Test (ισχύει για 72 ώρες)
 γ) Αρνητικό Rapid Antigen Test (ισχύει για 48 ώρες)
δ) Πιστοποιητικό Νόσησης Covid-19 από επίσημο φορέα

Στην περίπτωση που κάποιος από τους επισκέπτες δεν διαθέτει κάποιο από τα παραπάνω αποδεικτικά έγγραφα το ξενοδοχείο έχει το δικαίωμα να αρνηθεί την είσοδο στα δωμάτια και τις εγκαταστάσεις του.

Important Directives on entering Bulgraria

We inform you regarding the new provisions that are in force (see here) for entry of persons from other countries into the Republic of Bulgaria, issued by the Minister of Health. The new provisions are valid until 30.11.21 with a possibility for further extension.

Before making your reservation with us, we strongly recommend to carefully read the following guidelines.

Countries are categorised by colour zones - green, orange and red - according to the risk of spread of Covid-19. All those arriving from outside the EU, EEA or Switzerland, and those not listed as green or red are considered orange. Arrivals from the Czech Republic and Romania, as well as children up to 12 years of age, are exempt from the requirement to provide Covid-19 related documents.

Arrival from a country in the green zone is subject to the presentation of a valid EU digital COVID certificate or an equivalent document containing the same data as the certificate for one of the following:

• Completed vaccination (at least 14 days since last dose);
Recovery from Covid-19 (positive PCR or antigen test valid between day 11 and day 180);
Test performed (negative PCR test result within 72 h or rapid antigen test within 48h prior to arrival).

In the absence of this, arrivals are placed under a 10-day quarantine, which may be shortened upon submission of a negative PCR or rapid antigen test performed within 24 hours of entering the country.

2. Arrival from a country in the orange zone is subject to the presentation of a valid EU digital COVID certificate or an equivalent document containing the same data as the certificate for one of the following:
• Completed vaccination (at least 14 days since last dose);
Recovery from Covid-19 (positive PCR or antigen test valid between day 11 and day 180);
Test performed (negative PCR test result within 72 h or rapid antigen test within 48h prior to arrival).

In the absence of this, arriving Bulgarian citizens are placed under a 10-day quarantine, which may be shortened upon submission of a negative PCR or rapid antigen test performed within 24 hours of entering the country.

3. Entry from a country in a red zone is allowed for:

- Bulgarian citizens and persons with permanent, long-term or continuous residence status on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and their family members
- citizens of the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation and members of their families arriving from a Member State of the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation;
- and the exceptions

They are allowed on the territory of the country upon presentation of a valid EU digital COVID certificate or a similar document for:
• Completed vaccination (at least 14 days after the last dose) or for illness (positive PCR or antigen test valid between the 11th and 180th day) at the same time as a test performed (negative result of a PCR test done up to 72 hours).
and
• Negative result of a PCR test done up to 72 hours before entering the country and MANDATORY 10 days quirentine.

Children between 12 and 18 years of age arriving in the country from a country in the red zone are admitted upon presentation of a negative test result (negative result from a PCR test performed up to 72 hours prior to arrival), certified by a valid digital COVID an EU research certificate or similar document containing the same data as it.If they do not present such a document, they shall be quarantined for a period of 10 days, which may be shortened upon submission of a negative PCR test performed within 24 hours of entry.

Bulgarian citizens and persons with the status of permanent, long-term or long-term residence on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and their family members who do not provide any of the requested documents are placed under 10-day quarantine, and in case they provide one of the requested documents, may shorten their quarantine by providing a negative PCR test performed within 24 hours of entry.

The country lists by colour zone are as follows (latest update: 23.11.21)

List of countries by color zones, countries for which there is information about a significant negative change in the epidemic situation and countries with a reciprocal basis.

Green area: State of Vatican City, Luxembourg, Italy, Kingdom of Spain, Republic of Malta, Kingdom of Sweden.

Orange Zone: All countries outside the green and red zone.
